abstract:Hong Kong Trail (Chinese: 港島徑), opened in 1985, is a long-distance footpath from Victoria Peak to Big Wave Bay on Hong Kong Island. The Hong Kong Trail is a 50 kilometre walking route which passes through the five country parks on Hong Kong island.
Sai Kung is home to more than 30 square miles of public parks and the start of the city's 62-mile MacLehose Trail, which crosses much of northern HongKong.
